TrueCodeAI provides custom software development, AI development, MVP development, and related technology services. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing and terms for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement agreed in writing between the parties.
Upon full payment for a project, TrueCodeAI assigns all intellectual property rights in the custom deliverables to the client, unless otherwise specified in the SOW. TrueCodeAI retains ownership of general frameworks, libraries, tools and methodologies developed independently.
All content on this website — including text, design, code and imagery — is owned by TrueCodeAI and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the project for a period of two (2) years.
Payment terms are defined in the individual project agreement. TrueCodeAI typically operates on a fixed-price or milestone-based model. Work may pause on accounts with overdue invoices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueCodeAI's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. TrueCodeAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages.
TrueCodeAI warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. THE WEBSITE AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY OTHER KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
